This is the Privacy Policy for the website (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by Seachaid Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Seachaid” or “we”).  By submitting personal information to us on the Site, you expressly consent to our collection, receipt, storage and use of such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms of Use for the Site.

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time.  We will inform you of any material changes to this Privacy Policy by posting a notice on the Site.  By continuing to use the Site after such notice, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy as modified.

Types of Information We Collect
